FELS (Friends of Encore Learning of Stockton) is a non-profit whose mission focuses on education. FELS offers, in conjunction with the Margate City Public Library,
a unique selection of entertaining, interactive, and educational courses for lifelong learners.

FELS sponsors annual scholarships to Stockton University students, and has proudly raised more than $300,000 over a 15 year period for the Stockton Foundation.
